Aunt Lou here.
When I am invited to a party, I always mean to plan ahead and make something that is fantastic and complex. But, let’s face it. I am the definition of “Hot Mess Mom” on my best days. So I have come to realize that I don’t have to make a complex recipe to make a fantastic recipe. So here’s to all my fellow Hot Mess peeps out there. I have a recipe you can throw together in two minutes or less and only have to cook an hour! You can throw it together and go get ready for your shindig while your crock pot does the work!

Ingredients for Crock Pot Party Sausages

How to Make Party Sausages in a Crock Pot
Mix all your ingredients well in your crock pot
Cover and cook on high for 1 hour
Crock Pot Party Sausages Recipe Notes:
- I used Dotty (my2.5-quart polka dot crock pot) for this recipe, and she did a great job!
- When looking for mini smoked sausages, I didn’t know if that meant co*cktail weenies or smoky links or what. When I picked up the package, lo and behold, it said “mini smoked sausages”.
- As with any of our recipes, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly depending on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish.
- All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline and shouldalways be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.

Can the party sausages wrapped with bacon and sprinkled in brown sugar be done in the crockpot? We love these but lately, I have over baked them.

Hi Marcia!I haven’t tried that yet in the crock pot. We do have that recipe with chicken. (https://www.recipesthatcrock.com/crock-pot-bacon-wrapped-chicken-bites/) I’ll add bacon wrapped sausages to my list of recipes to try and post the link back here when it is up.
