My expectations were not very high because I've had negative experiences at other Great Clips. We were pleasantly surprised and will be back for sure! Ewan was friendly and gave my daughter a fantastic haircut. She couldn't wait to show it off on the first day of school.

I have been to a lot of great clips in the area, this one is by far the best. I have never had a negative experience and they do a great job with both my hair and my kids hair. My kids have had a few different stylists and they will do the cut how I ask!

Embarrassingly rude. My 3 yr old loves to get his haircut, so it's a fun time for him always. When the hairdresser called his name and saw he was a small child, she audibly gasped and said sarcastically "oh great" and rolled her eyes. I asked her that if she doesn't want to cut a child's hair, then I don't want her service. I let the next guy go in front of me. There were no apologies for how rude she was. Does this place not like to cut children's hair? Horrible experience. Get some tact and social awareness. DON'T BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE.

I saw Melanie today at the end of the day. She is amazing!! I had gone somewhere else and they did not do my cut well at all. I was devastated. I came in as a walk in to hopefully get it fixed and Melanie was able to fix it and she took the time to make sure it was what I wanted. So happy with my cut and definitely want to go back to her for sure. So happy!! I posted before and after pics.
