Cardiovascular diseases including associated pathologies, basics of cardiopulmonary functional diagnostics, clinical manifestations, case demonstrations from a medical point of view, indications and contraindications of interventional radiology and cardiology.

Nuclear medicine terminology; indications, physiology and pathophysiology; theoretical and practical patient care; examination procedure; examination parameters; evaluation and interpretation of examination results; guidelines and standards (especially those of the ÖGN and DGN, EANM and IAEO); image examples from clinical routine from a radiology-technological perspective.

In addition, the students are taught the "handling" in the routine by means of practice-oriented exercises, such as the preparation and portioning of radiopharmaceuticals, the application and interpretation of the ECG, the venflon, blood sampling, blood pressure and blood glucose measurement.
