The bed was a little uncomfortable and I recommend bringing a laptop if u want to watch anything because the TV is just cable, which mostly consisted of religious programming. Just note it is further from Eden Island than we expected probably our own misunderstandinga good min walk along an unlit road at night. Lugar com visual clean, amplo e arejado. Pool und liegen sind leider altersbedingt instand zu setzen. Wir hatten ein Appartement im Obergeschoss. Sofa im Wohnzimmer durchgesessen. Einrichtung und Geräte in der Küche müssen neu angeschafft werden. Vorhänge teilweise verschmutzt Flecken. Bett und Matratze waren für uns gut. Deutlich an den Fugen in der Dusche. Tote Mücken in den Lampen in Badezimmer. Alles in allem okay für uns. Waren nur einen Tag dort als Durchgangsstation nach Praslin.
Ausgenommen der toten Mücken, den in Teilen fleckigen Vorhängen und den Geräten in der Küche war alles sauber aber halt doch etwas abgelebt. Aber an sich eine nette Anlage. Perfekt für ein oder zwei Nächte. Sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. The room was fine, clean and comfy enough for a short stay but only one towel and an horrendous industrial view from the back windows. The lady at reception was super helpful getting us a cab the next morning when we found her. I was very pleased with my stay at Palms Day. Eventhough I only stayed for one night, I was very warmly welcomed. Merenda is a lovely person and a perfect host.

Merenda communicated with me quickly and was so helpful. Merenda with her daughter picked me up at the airport. She was every time ready to help me with all the things i needed. She teached me even the creol kitchen, As i told her i had no room reservation for Praslin, she booked for me a room immediately.
The house is very clean and quite close at the bus stacion, Barbaron. I feeled myself as at home and i was very happy staying for 5 night at such a kind family.

We had a very wonderful stay at Lina and Jimmys catering. The pictures matched the reality, and the apartment was provided regularly with all amenities needed. The balcony view was amazing. We got alot of help from both Lina and her husband Jimmy getting to know Mahe, and they were very helpful with information and practicalities. Its nice to rent a car but we walked up to the apartment most of times and got around the island with public bus, it worked really fine.

We have stayed in Seychelles for two weeks and this was the best and the cheapest! The room was very spacious, new, clean, and the view from the big balcony on the sea is just incredible.
Lina and her husband, who live downstaires, are very friendly, helpfull, and offer great dinners. We have also very much appreciated the location. Very close to a bus terminal Anse aux pins, in the middle of the island.
If you have a car, then everything in Mahe is super close. But you can manage with buses as well. Should we come to Seychelles again, this is where we are staying. Présents pour une semaine sur l'île de Mahé, nous avions choisi la maison de Lina pour son emplacement sur la côte est de l'île, alliant à la fois une distance assez courte de l'aéroport et des plages du sud. Nous n'avons pas du tout été déçus de notre choix.
L'appartement correspond tout à fait à la description du site, en mieux. Il est tout à fait digne d'une chambre de luxe dans un grand hôtel. Situé sur une colline, la terrasse permet de se régaler de la vue sur l'anse des pins. Cette situation a son revers, il vaut mieux avoir une voiture car la route d'accès est particulièrement pentue sur un bon kilomètre.
Quant à nos hôtes Lina et Jimmy, ils ont été parfaits, gentils et accueillants. Les services qu'ils assurent en plus, à un prix tout à fait correct, comme le transport entre la jetée du port de Victoria ou l'aéroport à leur domicile et vice versa, ou la préparation d'un repas créole, complètent parfaitement ce séjour de rêve. The position of the apartment is perfect to reach easily the north and the south of the island. Due to the position of the apartment on top of a hill and the dimensions of the island I strongly recommend to rent a car.
Bereits nach der Buchung wurden wir kontaktiert, mit Tipps und Informationen versorgt. Auch einen Mietwagen haben zu super Konditionen haben die beiden bereits vorab organisiert. Das Apartment im unteren Teil des Hauses ist wunderschön und super sauber. Das Apartment ist komplett ausgestattet und eignet sich somit gut zur Selbstversorgung. Auch verfügt es über eine Klimaanlage und wurde täglich gereinigt.
Die Unterkunft befindet sich südlich von Grand Anse, in einem kleinen, ruhigen Ort ca. Da wir einen Mietwagen hatten, kann ich leider nur wenig zu den Busverbindungen sagen.
Die Lage eignet sich super um die zahlreichen Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten im Westen und Süden zu erkunden. Nach Victoria benötigt man ca. Man fühlt sich von Beginn an mehr als Willkommen, sie versorgen einen zu jederzeit mit Tipps und nützlichen Information über Mahe.
Als besonders nett empfanden wir die Einladungen zum Dinner und BBQ, bei denen wir neben dem super leckeren kreolischen Essen auch die Beiden plus Sohn kennenlernen durften. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Alles in allem wurden unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Très bon séjour et très bon accueil. Situé pas très loin de l'aéroport et des bonnes plages.

This is an amazing apartment, our stay was as peaceful as expected and they are always available in case you need information or help, the place is really uphill and renting a car is of utmost necessity. Vom Balkon hat man einen tollen Blick über die gesamte Bucht und über den Wald. Im Haus gibt es noch zwei weitere Appartments sowie ein kleineres auf dem Grundstück. Linda und ihre Familie leben in der ersten Etage des Hauses. Hunde gibt es auf dem Grundstück auch, die sehr lieb und zutraulich sind. Linda und ihre Familie sind sehr hilfsbereit. Es gibt neben einer eigenen Appartmentküche auch eine Gemeinschaftsküche.

Flossy's bungalow is a perfect choice for a budget trip to the Seychelles. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay - including kitchen utensils. Keep in mind that it's really located in a tropical garden, so you're surrounded by nature - including many different sounds both during the day and at night that might take some time getting used to.

The apartment was spacious, very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Petit Baie is a relaxing get away 10 minutes drive from the airport, 20 minutes from Victoria, and about 40 minutes drive from Beau Vallon, a popular beach destination for tourists. Our chalet was well-kept and reasonably-priced.
With a kitchen, cable, and wi-fi, all the modern amenities were in place to make you feel at home. The grounds are well-kept. Jessy and her family are always around to accommodate however possible. Anse Aux Pins in a bit far from the nightlife, but this may be just what some are seeking. This allowed us to go to the grocery store, check out Beau Vallon, and get around for miscellaneous reason s when needed.
Renting a car is highly recommended as taxis are expensive. We will definitely be back to Petit Baie on our next visit. Jessy and her family could not do enough for our visit to seychelles. As a super host myself, she definitely matched or bettered my hosting skills. The car hire is definitely worth it and was probably our favourite day exploring the island before going to beau vallon markets at night. We stayed only 2 nights at jesses before we left for a 5star hotel which was more than 5 times the price of jessy place.
If you are thinking about coming to seychelles and want to explore the island and have luxury, forget the 5star hotels and instead stay at jessys. It is luxury bed made everyday. We will definitely return to seychelles and stay with jessy again Cheers jessy and Jess for you hospitality. The houses are beautiful, clean, spacious and newly renovated in a lovely setting with your very own pet tortoises!! Just a short drive to the airport, Victoria and restaurants, the area is very peaceful.
Really enjoyed our stay at Petit Baie. We stayed there for 17 days and all we can say is: The Whole Family was so helpful and Nice! You can ask everything and they try to solve Any Kind of Problems!
The House is so so clean and well equipped! Towels get changed regulary and the Maid cleans up everything! It is like in a hotel! The Bus stop is just in Front of the House and there is also a Little supermarket. All in all We would Give them all Stars!!!!!!

The accomodation is large and clean with possibility to cook for yourself. Jessy made me feel very welcome and was helpful at all times - she even arranged for her dad to pick us up at the airport. The house is lovely. A lovely place especially as the sun sets and the fruit bats come out and fly effortlessly across the sky.

We loved the beach within 2 minutes walk of the house. Our only real disappointment, and another reviewer reported exactly the same was the lack of anything in the kitchen other than a bag of salt! In Greece last year the host left us wine, fruit, cake and bread A car is useful to explore the island. Sunday service at the Cathedral in Victoria was superb. We would stay again.
The chalet was very clean, Daphnee is a nice host who always looked out for us, she even provided a phone so we could call her when we needed help. We had drinking water at the chalet and the house got cleaned conpletely after three days. I would totally recommend this chalet to everyone and I would book it again. Einfach fragen - es gab nichts, was ich nicht bekommen habe an Hilfe, Freundlichkeit, Rat und Tat.
Als Teil der Familie bekam ich so richtig das Leben hier mit, inklusive selbstgemachte Limonade, Lemongrass und anderen Kräutertee frisch zubereitet aus dem Garten, und und und. Würde das jederzeit wieder machen und kann es nur vom Herzen empfehlen. Ihr seid die Besten und ich komme gerne wieder! Especially the ocean view and the view of the night sky with hundreds of stars from the balcony was amazing.
Can only recommend the Belle Montagne Apartments located in the south east of Mahé which is why you definitely need a car to get there and everywhere else on the island. This place is cute and Roy and his family are very kind and attentive with their visitors.

We tried both the Apartments, It is very homely place with all the comforts needed, very neat and clean with the view of lush green nature around. I would suggest this place to everyone rather than staying in luxury resorts it is better to choose something like this and live the seychellian way House is in hillside, beautiful view from terrace. Shop and bus stop is just by the main road which is 5 minutes of walk max I think. Apartment is very well equipped you will find anything you need in the kitchen.
Wifi and TV everything works perfectly. Roy is very nice guy, he welcomed with juice and some homegrown bananas and provided us with directions around the area and all other necessary information. There is not a single bad word I can say I can only recommend Roy!
Roys place is actually a guesthouse next to his house. The Guesthouse has a big garden with lots of trees and different kind of fruit. It felt like being in Paradise and i loved the noises of the Nature like the singing birds outside. I could just sit the whole day in the garden and listen to that beautiful sound and watching the beautiful view.
The Apartment has a kitchen, living room and bedroom plus bathroom. Its large and offers a lot of space. The kitchen has a microwave, Oven, fridge and everything else Roy itself wasn't there when i was there but he responded quickly when i had questions. His Neighbor and friend Miranda and His Son plus Girlfriend maked sure to make my stay a pleasant one. I will definitely come to the beautiful place again to rest.
Roy and his family were amazing. I was a little hesitant at first because I am only 22 and was staying here alone but Roy and his family were extremely welcoming! They live on a beautiful piece of property with flowers and a cage with lots of rabbits! I loved this place so much! Will definitely return in the future! The kitchen is facilitated and wifi is working well not everywhere on the seychelles. I arrived late at night as my flight has been delayed but Evelyn checked me in anyway, which was very nice!! Dusche ist im Schlafzimmer. Klimaanlage ist auch da. Innenstadt ist schnell erreicht. Auch zum Busbahnhof sind es nur ca 20 min.

Haus ist auf einer Anhöhe. Ruhige Lage dafür das es mitten in Victoria ist. Evelyn war sehr hilfsbereit. The apartment was great, very clean and well maintained, with fantastic view. We really had a wonderful stay.
Getting there by taxi is highly recommended It's located on a steep hill. Excellent location in Victoria especially when you travel by public busses. All shops you need are in walking distance. Appartment is very well maintained: Me and my girlfriend had a lovely stay at Evelyn's place. The location, although a bit uphill, was almost perfect with close proximity to city centre, shops and busses.
Evelyn was extremely helpful and understanding, our flight was scheduled for very early morning and she let us stay until late night and arranged a taxi to airport. Notre hôte était charmante! Et nous avons pu manger plein de mangues de son manguier! Large and spacious, the flat has more than what you could possibly need: The big covered terrace is airy and very pleasant for sitting. Given the very large windows everywhere, the flat gets really hot when closed up for the day and aircon is only in the bedrooms, but nothing that a good airing can't fix.
My wife and I had a wonderful stay here. Winsley was a great host and made us feel completely at home. He had great advice on where to go, what to do. He was super helpful in helping us get the most out of our last day in the Seychelles. We also enjoyed hearing his perspective on Seychellois history and politics. Regarding the space, the bed was comfortable.
Everything was very clean. There is a nearby bus station that can take you to Beau Vallon easily. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Mahe.

I recommend renting a car or you should have good physical conditions to run up the mountain 89 meters above sea level. There is public transport, but they come every 60 minutes. From the house to the next bus stop are 15 minutes walk. Everything was scrumptiously clean, the kitchen appliances were great to use and the space was a really nice place to relax in. Be prepared to hold on tight! The house is well-equipped for self catering, so a perfect holiday hideaway. The family's guinea pigs and rabbits kept me busy with their excited little murmers every time I passed, as they knew I would feed them grass and fruit.

Wir würden nochmal kommen. Roy und seine Familie sind sehr tolle Gastgeber! Perfekte Gastgeber, perfekte Lage, perfektes Appartement. Von der ersten Minute an hat uns Marie-Ange das Gefühl gegeben zuhause zu sein! Der Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke und auch die Bushaltestelle ist nicht weit. Der Abschied war echt schwer Marie was genuinely warm and upbeat as a person, she showed around and gave me tips to fit in and get around easily. Beide Marie's haben uns bei Fragen sofort weiter geholfen.
Zwei Minuten Fussweg zum Meer und zum Kiosk. Trotzdem ist ein Auto empfehlenswert damit man die ganze Insel erkunden kann. Es war ein Traum! Begonnen bei der Reservierung, Abholung am Flughafen, Organisierung des Leihautos und viele Tipps was wir uns alles ansehn können. Wunderschöne neue Wohnung perfekt für ein Pärchen.
Wir haben uns am nahe gelegenen Fischmarkt bei Anse Royal und gleich neben dem Kaz Kreol frischen Fisch und auch Oktopus gekauft und selbt in der Wohnung gekocht. Es liegt übrigens hervorragend, da man sowohl im ruhigen Süden, auf der anderen Seite der Insel als auch in Victoria innerhalb von Minuten mit dem Auto ist und eine Busshaltestelle und Supermarkt sind auch in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen. Absolut perfekte Kommunikation vor und während der Urlaubszeit! Man konnte jederzeit fragen und bekam sofort die Rückmeldung. Zudem wurde ein Mietwagen im Voraus vereinbart, der am Hafen bereitgestellt wurde und am Airport zurückgegeben werden konnte. Das Appartment entspricht exakt den Bildern. Das Bett war super bequem!!!
